This restaurant space included a full interior fit-out, starting with pre-construction, planning, budgeting, and design team management. In addition, our scope includes high-end, nature-inspired finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, installation of restaurant equipment, and custom lighting.
AMCON was the team that built the shopping center, Signature Commons, that this restaurant resides in. For that project, we built the core and shell for the landlord. Many of the retailers and restaurants in the space, Bird and Wolf included, opted to continue working with us after seeing how smoothly and efficiently our teams operate.
Our expert and precise construction made this restaurant and bakehouse stand out, with a clean and welcoming industrial feel, along with a green wall, built-in plant installations, and plenty of natural light.
