Early concept budgeting, value engineering, permitting, and construction were all part of the scope for this community hub located within a mall, serving Saugus and the surrounding areas.
The Boys & Girls Club space is so much more than a community center. With a music booth, eSports center, arts and crafts rooms, workspaces, and more, this complex space came to fruition through careful planning, budgeting, and precise execution.
The space offers a hub for teens and young adults to relax, socialize, and most importantly, learn and grow. Our construction work in this community center gave new purpose to the empty space within an existing commercial development.
