Our scope for this project focused entirely on the exterior and site, with a focus on improving the traffic flow and making the plaza a more inviting destination for shoppers. Scope included sidewalk replacement, murals, signage, facade replacement and upgrade, and installing drive-thru pharmacy infrastructure.
Exterior and site work can do the heavy lifting to revitalize a tired shopping center. With newly upgraded facades, bright murals, and optimized traffic flow, the construction work we did made a big difference in the look, feel, and flow of this busy shopping center.
Overall, this retail plaza that includes a grocer, pharmacy, post office, and more now offers an improved shopping experience for customers as well as tenants.
