Sepia Condo Common Areas

Upgrading the commons areas of an eight-floor condo residence without disturbing the residents is no small feat — one we were able to pull off at this high-rise in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood.

Scope of Work

AMCON upgraded the common areas in this 8-story luxury condominium building in downtown Boston. This building was occupied throughout construction, meaning AMCON’s work installing finishes, upgrading mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and more had to be completed efficiently and without disruption.

Challenges & Highlights

This desirable area in Boston is a bustling area, and the Sepia Condo project is part of a new development called the INK block. AMCON’s focus on safe, clean, and organized job sites ensures a good experience — especially in occupied multi-family buildings and busy areas.
