Executive Assistant to the CEO

We’re seeking a highly skilled, proactive Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO, ensuring they can focus on the highest-value priorities while driving efficiency and alignment across the organization.

This is not a traditional task-based support role. It’s a partnership where you’ll act as the CEO’s trusted partner — managing time, streamlining operations, and serving as a trusted liaison inside and outside the company.

Key Responsibilities


Executive Support & Calendar Management

  • Drive effective calendar and time management, prioritizing strategically.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and expense reporting with accuracy and efficiency.

Proactive Planning & Execution

  • Anticipate needs by preparing materials, research, and context ahead of meetings and decisions.
  • Track action items and follow through to ensure priorities move forward.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and refine communications that reflect professionalism, clarity, and discretion.

Leadership Team & Events Office & Operations Support

  • Plan and manage executive meetings, leadership offsites, and internal company events.
  • Ensure agendas, materials, and logistics are executed seamlessly.

Office & Operations Support

  • Oversee office resources and maintain a professional, meeting-ready environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, entrepreneur, or senior executive.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and manage complex priorities.
  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools and AI platforms to optimize workflows.
