This furniture retailer engaged AMCON for a comprehensive retail fit-out, including high-finish interiors, full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure, and an extensive millwork package. In addition, the work included a full exterior upgrade, with a curtain wall and ornamental archways.
This project was one of three Joss and Main locations completed as part of Wayfair’s rollout of brick-and-mortar storefronts. These stores were the blueprint for a nationwide planned rollout, meaning each plan was scrutinized to the highest possible degree, as every detail would get carried over for future projects.
AMCON’s work and detail-oriented designs created the prototype drawings for Wayfair’s planned retail stores. While the national rollout was not as extensive as initially envisioned by the massive brand, numerous stores were completed based on this blueprint, with the flagship Joss and Main continuing to serve as a successful hub for interior design in New England.
