Butterbird

This fast casual dining restaurant, known for its fried chicken and sandwiches, needed a refreshed interior and exterior. A spinoff of Buttermilk and Bourbon, owned by a local celebrity chef, this project needed an eye for both visual design and efficient construction.

Scope of Work

AMCON completed a fit-out that includes an ordering station, indoor and outdoor seating, a quick service area, a new kitchen, and a refreshed front facade. In addition, we handled the installation of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and finishes.

Challenges & Highlights

With celebrity branding, it’s important to get every detail correct, which AMCON has plenty of experience executing flawless branding through a retail or hospitality project. Whether it’s prototyping the national rollout of brick and mortar or adding the final touches to a local cafe, AMCON’s team understands how to create a finished space with the right personality.

Results

AMCON’s work resulted in an efficient space that’s attractive to customers, offering a quick and fun dining spot with plenty of personality — from bold art, bright colors, and custom lighting to comfortable seating inside and out. As a fast casual establishment, value engineering also played a large role in making this project cost-effective, delivering high-end results on time and on budget.
