Across eleven locations in Massachusetts, AMCON’s renovations included transforming a former restaurant space into a new branch, restoring original facades that were hidden under new siding, creating comfortable and functional office and client-facing spaces, and installing new mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, AV, and banking equipment.
Some of the branches, like Northampton, were especially unique. The space undergoing renovation was a historical bank from the 1900s, with Art Deco styling, stained glass windows, gold bars, and an old vault. The AMCON team carefully restored the space to create a stunning retail location that showcases the original character.
Another project, the ground-up build in Brighton, encountered issues with contaminated soil that the AMCON team had to step in to remediate. Our priority on safety and a carefully managed approach ensured all hazardous materials were dealt with correctly, so the project was able to move forward as scheduled.
Not only did AMCON efficiently handle hurdles on the path to completion for these commercial construction projects, but we paid close attention to details — from the interior design and branding to careful restoration of historic elements. The consistent quality work we deliver has resulted in a long-lasting partnership with Chase Bank that spans four states, nearly twenty locations, and countless hours of teamwork.
