AMCON’s work included renovations to common areas, including a dining space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a common room kitchen, a library space with reading nooks, a small hair salon, bathrooms, the entryway, and elevator vestibules. In addition, we upgraded the flooring with new carpets leading to the apartment entryways.
This affordable community is designed for low-income seniors, meaning AMCON worked diligently with the project owners to ensure the budget was right on target. Our experience in government and residential projects was beneficial throughout this entire process.
Though this community is a senior living facility, AMCON’s work included many different specialty spaces, like a library and a hair salon. Our work created a comfortable and easy environment that meets the needs of senior residents while being familiar and easy to navigate.
