Our scope included retrofitting an office space, including demolition, installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and creating space for gymnastics equipment, like a sunken pit for practice, and safety measures.
Building a new, comprehensive gymnastics facility in an existing multi-tenant office space may be a challenge for some commercial contractors — but not AMCON. Our careful attention to detail and collaboration ensure the space adheres to every client’s requirements.
During this massive project, we created a functional space for a gymnastics academy, complete with a competitive vaulting area, strap bar, sunken pits, and rod floor. Beyond the gymnastics floor, the space includes a reception area, pro shop, event space, locker rooms, and an office for staff.
