AMCON completed a full interior fit-out of the café, including commercial kitchen infrastructure and MEP coordination to support daily operations. The scope also included custom millwork, high-end finishes, signage, and the supporting back-of-house spaces that keep a café running smoothly.
The finished space includes a marble-topped service counter with a brass-accented back bar, glazed tile columns, and a built-in banquette beneath a patterned wall with framed mirrors. A lounge area with floor-to-ceiling wood shelving, soft seating, and plenty of greenery makes the café feel more like a neighborhood living room than a lobby.
Building a restaurant environment inside a working office building takes careful coordination. The project took place in an active, multi-tenant facility, so AMCON planned the work to keep disruption low for the people who use the building every day. That meant coordinating noise, deliveries, and utility work with building operations, and keeping the site clean and organized throughout.
Turning a lobby into a hospitality space also means giving a workplace the systems of a restaurant. Kitchen infrastructure, mechanical and electrical systems, and back-of-house layouts all had to work together, and the high-traffic, high-visibility areas needed to look flawless. AMCON’s experience delivering hospitality environments within workplace settings helped us balance efficient operations with an elevated guest experience.
The completed café is warm, polished, and ready to serve. A clear layout supports efficient service behind the counter and a comfortable, welcoming experience out front, and the rich materials give the space its own personality within the larger building. Triangle Coffee Bar now gives the building’s occupants and visitors a place to meet, work, and connect.
