This popular restaurant began as a vision of a warm and comfortable, industrial-inspired space that AMCON helped deliver. Our scope includes a custom wood bar, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installation, specialty lighting, and high-end finishes.
This project included merging two existing tenant spaces into a 4,600 square foot restaurant — one a restaurant and the other a laundromat. With a magnificent custom bar and rustic yet industrial accents, you would never know that two disparate spaces came together to create this popular neighborhood staple.
AMCON’s experience in hospitality projects helps us take the owner’s vision — an elevated, yet approachable restaurant for the whole community — and make it a reality. For nearly ten years, the Monument Tavern has lived up to that mission, thanks in part to AMCON’s precise design and focused work.
