Our scope began as a core and shell transformation for the retail landlord, but quickly transformed into an interior retail build-out as each individual tenant decided to partner with AMCON as well. Skin Laundry’s scope of work included HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and lighting installation, and the finishing touches.
