Our work included a new fitout of an existing structure, which included a geofoam raised topping slab system, framing of new partition walls, installation of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and new refrigeration and freezer system equipment.
This project is the sixth location we’ve completed for Van Leeuwen. This fast-growing NYC-based ice cream brand is known for bright, colorful spaces with a modern retail look. Our partnership has helped them expand their footprint beyond NYC and into the New England region.
The bright colors of the interior are reminiscent of ice cream sundaes, and the glass walls are inviting to potential customers in Boston’s seaport neighborhood. Our ongoing partnership helps us understand the unique brand guidelines and tailor them to each space we construct.
